- Must have one year of proven experience in collections.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Must be bilingual - fluent in English + Hindi or Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office functions.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining records of interactions with clients.
- Achieve the performance targets that have been communicated.
