Job Description

A chief concierge supervises both guest services attendants and concierges. A concierge serves the needs of guests in hotels, resorts and other accommodation facilities by providing information and special services to enhance guests visits. The position is varied: a concierge may be asked to book exclusive theatre tickets, give directions to a local festival or recommend a doctor.
