Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and provide excellent service in our Dubai outlet. The ideal candidate will handle sales, process payments, and assist in maintaining a smooth checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with purchases.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and process exchanges.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Count cash drawers and reconcile transactions.
Ensure pricing accuracy and apply promotions/discounts as needed.
Respond to customer queries and resolve minor complaints.
Support the floor staff when not attending the register.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Basic math and computer skills.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, polite, and able to handle pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
