We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming cafe environment. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages and ensuring a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Operate coffee equipment such as grinders, espresso machines, and brewers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas
Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
Upsell products and promotions to increase sales
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Replenish stock and maintain inventory of coffee, milk, and supplies
Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar F&B role preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
