We are looking for an energetic and skilled Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea drinks to company standards.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Handle cash and card payments using POS systems.
Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when necessary.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support other cafe duties as required (e.g., taking orders, cleaning tables).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
