Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our financial services team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Manage schedules, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare financial reports, invoices, and documentation.
Maintain and organize records and confidential files.
Assist with data entry and general office tasks.

Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or financial services roles is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
