Manage office and admin tasks
Document control and filing of all documents
Responsible for paying of utility bills for the company, tracking lease agreement details and ensuring timely renewals
Responsible to maintain and record company assets
Timely application of licenses, permits, renewals etc
Assist in accounting activities and bookkeeping
Assist in online order fulfillment, dispatching and coordinating with delivery team
Assists in inventory management
Join team in outdoor sales activities during events and exhibitions
Assisting and Managing the routine administrative functions as instructed.
