Job Description

Position: Administrative / Front Desk Officer
Status : Immediate

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Managing mail and correspondences
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Document expenses and hand in reports
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Proven work experience as a secretary /administrative assistant / customer service
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
Multi-tasking and time management capability
Preparation of petty cash and keeping confirmations from recipients
Maintaining spreadsheet for various payments and office purpose.
Documents Copy, scan and store
File documents in physical and digital records
Prepares cheque and associated reports, as required in accordance
Record and update suppliers invoices.
Recording and reconciliation of inter-company transactions
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
Experience : Min 01 to 02 years
Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger in Tally ERP 9 system
Managing daily post in and out
Processing of payment of utilities and other bills.
