Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payroll, and expense reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
Manage tax reporting and filings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
2+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
