Job Description

Required Accountant with 6 experience, having full knowledge of accounting, Vat, Costing, MIS reporting, Balance sheet , P&L.

Preparing Service Invoices for clients, payments, checks, transfers, and receipts and confirming they were delivered and received by the concerned parties. Reporting about the outstanding checks.

Following up on the work in progress balancing and ensuring its validity.
Preparing banks, clients, and suppliers reconciliations and following up on discrepancies.
Preparing on a periodic basis the Receivables aging reports, communicating the collection schedules, confirm the recording accuracy of receipts from clients, and ensuring that all due invoices are paid on time.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly accounting reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Other Equivalent Experience
2+ Years of Relevant Professional Accounting Experience
Data Entry Management
Should be capable of handling admin and ad-hoc tasks for the organization.
