SALES MANAGER Ref No: SM- 001
The incumbent will be responsible for providing a strategic sales function, focusing on maintaining and growing the business unit's customer base (MSS, CS, FM & ESS) through effective sales and business development strategies and account management and reporting to the Managing Director.

Essential requirements include:
Extensive experience of 8-10 years in a similar role with a proven track record of sales and business development in a service orientated organization. Experience in the development of business with, and negotiation of large bids and tenders.
A proven track record in driving revenues through effective sales processes and people. Able to meet sales targets.
Knowledge of Integrated Security and FM Solutions and country market / sector.
Good computer knowledge and fluent in English communication
The Arabic language will be an additional advantage.
Must have Bahraini driving license.
