Quantity Surveyors - Post Contract-Civil
- BE/ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in GCC Countries.
- Thorough knowledge in preparation of bill of quantities of all major and minor items as per construction drawing.
- Checking, evaluating and certifying the monthly accomplishments and invoices/ valuations of all sub-contractors
- Checking and ensuring sub-contractors quantities with the original BOQ prepared on word award
- Accreditation from the respective competent authority is preferable
