Chief Executive Officer - Bahrain

Job Description

A HVAC and electro-mechanical business in Bahrain has engaged us to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will:

- Align short - and long-term objectives with quality-driven strategies
- Ensure operations and business activities are consistent with the business' strategy and produce the desired results
- Make investment decisions that advance the business and increase profits
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and maintain business ethics
- Analyse financial and non-financial reports to identify improvements
- Build relations with key clients and act as a point of contact for directors
- Analyse and solve challenges to promote survival and growth
- Increase employee engagement and develop high-performance technical and engineering teams

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA
- Have deep practical experience and a broad, relevant skills set
- Have proven HVAC and ME experience as a CEO or in senior management
- Have converted corporate vision into profitable strategies
- Have deep technical experience with strong negotiating skills
- Understand corporate finance and performance management principles
- Have a deep knowledge of relevant markets and business sectors
- Be familiar with diverse business functions
- Understand leading practice in corporate governance and management
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills and be an excellent communicator
