Job Description

A leading law firm in Dubai is looking for a receptionist for the Ajman office. (Female only / Filipina preffered)

Job Description:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for housephone and console operation.
Screening and directing phone calls as well as opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, memos and all other correspondence.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Refill supplies in office area.
Supports Office coordinator on daily operation.
Provide general administrative and clerical support
