We need a Secretary, Female with at least 1 to 3 years experience in the same field:
Qualifications:
Degree Holder of Business Administration or any other related field
IT savvy
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
Can extend working hours time if necessary
Job :
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Assists the Executives with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
