Leading Pipe Manufacturing Company ADPICO Abu Dhabi looking a NDT Technician Level III.
1. SCOPE OF THE JOB
Scope of the Job covers the supervision of the Operators involved in Test Machine.
2. ORGANIZATION
Section / Department : Quality Control Department
3.RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
Performs physical inspections and writes procedures/standards for the Quality Control Department. Qualification

Requirements Include:
1. UT, MT, and PT qualifications.
2. Supervisory and training experience.
3. Capable of writing and interpreting procedures and standards.
4. Capable of ASTM and ISO standards.
5. Ability to read prints.
6. Proficient in different software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7.Certified ASNT NDT Level III with non-destructive testing background.
Responsibilities includes:
8. Interface regarding technical and production issues.
9.Interface with customer representatives for relevant quality/technical issues.
10. Technical responsibility for Level II NDT Technicians.
11. Interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the methods to meet industry and customer requirements.
12. Prepare and implement NDT techniques.
13.Prepare and approve NDT procedures and other related NDT work instructions.
14. Conduct training and examination of NDT personnel.
15. Perform documented over -inspection of Level II NDT personnel

EDUCATION
Education and/or Experience Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in a related field, technical certifications in ASNT NDT Level III with UT, MT and PT qualifications, and three to five years experience in a manufacturing facility.
Work Experience and Related Skills
-Minimum Two years of Exposure and working knowledge in test machine operation.
-Knowledge in quality control and measuring instruments.
-Knowledge in working with manufacturing standards (ASTM, BS, API,DIN EN, etc.)
Trainings Attended
-NDT (Non Destructive Training) Course essential.
-DT(Destructive Training) Course desirable.
