MEP Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

MEP Engineer with Construction Experience (Knowledge in full scope of work Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Applicants should be Available in UAE and Can Join Immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
- Project monitoring in strategically manner
- Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines
- Familiar with design of MEP
- Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues
- Ensure that all building services meet technical standard and local authority regulations
- Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals
- To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems
- To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work
- Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications
- Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other tasks as required

Competencies:
- Understand general knowledge of Project management skill
- Strong communication skill
- Very good at technical skill
- Have a good working attitude
- English proficiency

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or similar
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in similar position
- Computer software literacy - MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional)
