Required Marketing Co-ordinator

Job Description
Contact with potential customers who requesting for housemaids and develop good customer relationship.
Maintain a database for the customers' requirements for example (Purpose, age, nationality preference, experience needed, language preference, etc.)
Send the available CV as per discussion held with customer.
Follow up with the customer and assist them till their search is finished and customer is satisfied.
Provide your support in the interviewing, hiring, and training for nannies that is marked by center.
Process the legal documents for the housemaid and assure that all documents are correct.
Follow up with the sponsor for payments.
Follow up for housemaid for change of status and cancellation to avoid the fines.
Maintain a record for all nannies that has been sold ensuring all resources are current and accurate and inform all concerned department.
Maintain a record for sponsor's credentials.
Be in touch with sponsor/existing customers for feedbacks, if any issue is reported by customer inform to Marketing Manager and get it resolved.
Do investigation for refund or return and make a report of the communication and send to Marketing Manager.
Handle all original passports and other documents with utmost vigilance. Make sure that you take sponsor signature while receiving important documents.
Identifies areas for improvement and inform Manager.
Undertake any other duty assigned by the Manager.
