IT Admin cum Digital Marketing Executive - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
Creating user accounts and performing access control.
Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting in the resolution of system communications failures and conflicts.
Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness, enhance social media presence
Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out more new potential customers.
Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
Responsible to take, edit and upload photos and videos to our official social medial platforms.
Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Reaching out to current data base of customers to keep them updated on current promotions.
Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support regional infrastructure
