Commercial Assistant required
Level of U.A.E experience: Exposure in Transport Industry.
We are looking to hire someone with bachelors degree having Good communication skills, dedicated and Smart-Working.

Job role mainly consists on
1.Drafting, reviewing and issuing contract/letter related documentation for new contracts, extension, or other communications.
2.Reviewing, interpreting and advising on existing contracts.
3.Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
4.Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
5.Prepares accurate quotes for pricing and builds estimates for special items by gathering information and analysing the cost.
Registering company with client portals, update records and follow for new tenders.
6.Review Tender Documents, prepare clarifications questionnaire, attend clarification meetings.
7.Prepare financial calculation and technical proposal for new tenders.
Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
