Job Description

Inaya Facilities Management Services LLC, a member of the Belhasa group, seeks the following Facilities Management professionals to join their team.

(a) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
(b) Experience: 5-7 years experience in facilities management -managing malls, commercial assets fa hospitality.
(c) Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
(d) Experienced in managing soft services.
(e) Complete understanding of facilities management reporting requirements.
(f) Good understanding of best QHSE practices and sustainability concepts.
(g) Proven leadership and managerial skills.
(h) Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and knowledge of the Arabic language will be an added advantage.
