Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff performance
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor sales, costs, and overall restaurant performance
- Train, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
