The Learning Assistant will assist in coordinating training sessions, supporting learners, and helping ensure smooth delivery of learning and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in organizing training sessions and learning programs
Support trainers during workshops and classroom activities
Help prepare learning materials and presentations
Monitor attendance and track learner progress
Provide basic support to trainees when required
Maintain training records and documentation
Coordinate with staff and management for training schedules
Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
Requirements
