Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answering phones in a professional manner.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Liaison with clients scheduling, rescheduling and reminding their appointments
Take payments and give receipt.
Follow up with clients on their progress.
Renew clients memberships.
Use our CRM to maintain clients information.
