About UCEST (Lahore Leads University)

University College of Engineering Sciences and Technology is a multi disciplinary engineering college offering basic engineering disciplines of electrical, mechanical and civil engineering programme at undergraduate level. This is a constituent college of Lahore Leads University, a provincially chartered university located in the heart of Lahore city. The new puspose built college campus has almost all major student facilities including but not limited to class rooms, labs, library, hi speed internet with Wi-Fi connection within campus, playgrounds, cafeteria and a student life within and nearby area of college vicinity. Various students' activities are planned around the year. The activities mainly focus on Placement, Training and interaction with industries. Many other activities like seminars, sports, cultural events are also organised well. Pakistan is severely lacking in competent engineering professionals who are industry ready and able to deliver innovative solutions starting from the day one, they start their jobs. UCEST is geared up with this vision in mind and our curriculum and teaching schedules are designed such a way that there is a compulsory component of industrial training embedded. We believe in dedication, commitment and hard work and we aim to prepare the same kind of engineers and technologists who are committed, professionally sound and believe in serving the motherland. The University College of Engineering, Sciences and Technology (UCEST) being the part of engineering faculty of Lahore Leads University, is a constituent college, which has been established in 2011 to promote engineering knowledge and scientific innovation among its graduates. The programs offered at UCEST are BSc Electrical Engineering and BSc Civil Engineering which are approved by PEC-Pakistan Engineering Council, vide its letter No. PEC /EA&QEC/UCEST-LEADS (ZERO)CL_61/2011 Dated 13th July 2011.
