EXECUTIVE COORDINATION & SPECIAL MATTERS OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-level executive briefings, summaries, and working papers for senior leadership.
Manage end-to-end case/file tracking and ensure timely follow-up on critical institutional matters.
Facilitate active liaison and correspondence with government, municipal, and regulatory bodies at both federal and provincial levels.
Handle crisis communication, risk mitigation, and sensitive organizational files with strict confidentiality and discretion.
Coordinate inter-departmental workflows and external stakeholder engagements on strategic priorities.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualification
Qualification: Master's degree (or equivalent 16-year education) in Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 12-18+ years of relevant experience in executive coordination, public affairs, or corporate governance. Prior background in government relations, regulatory liaison, or executive secretariat roles is highly preferred.
