Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary.
Support the team with printing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Greet and assist visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Keep the office environment clean, organized, and presentable.
Perform errands such as document delivery or collection if required.
Support other departments with basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Prior experience in an office assistant or clerical role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions carefully.
