A reputed master developer of a premier gated residential community in Islamabad invites applications from dynamic, results-driven professionals for the following positions:
MANAGER-UTILITY/HOA BILLING & COLLECTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead billing operations, recovery strategies, and robust collection mechanisms for utility charges, maintenance fees, and homeowner association (HOA) dues.
Execute rigorous follow-up workflows for aging balances, overdue notices, and persistent defaulter accounts.
Oversee routine revenue reconciliations, ledger accuracy, billing dispatch, and grievance resolution regarding tariff discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date occupancy records, commercial meter readings, and transparent resident service accounting.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualification
Qualification: MBA (Finance/Operations), ACCA, CA Inter, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of focused experience in utility billing, service-charge recoveries, financial reconciliation, or community facility receivables within gated communities, housing schemes, or large real estate estates.
