Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.

Verify patient information and insurance details.
Process billing, payments, and issue receipts when required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
