We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and execute impactful campaigns that support business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Manage and optimize marketing budgets and ROI tracking
Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and visual identity
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align goals
Plan and manage product launches, events, and promotional activities
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and marketing tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
4-6 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business, CRM tools, etc.)
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
Creative thinking with a keen eye for branding and design
