An excellent opportunity is available for an Assistant Accountant to support the finance team with daily accounting activities, record keeping, and financial documentation. The role is suitable for an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to build strong practical experience in accounting.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
- Assist with expense tracking and payment processing.
- Support monthly and periodic financial reporting.
- Verify invoices and documents for accuracy.
- Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the finance team.
