Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle guest relations and operational challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other departments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Monitor staff performance and maintain service standards
- Prepare daily reports and update management
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
