AC/HVAC Technician - Dubai, UAE

Job Description

A well-established facilities team in Dubai is seeking an AC/HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of air-conditioning and HVAC systems. This is a practical role for a technically skilled individual who can troubleshoot equipment, carry out preventive maintenance, and help keep HVAC systems operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and HVAC equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on AC and HVAC systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and identify the cause of equipment problems.
Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, fans, thermostats, and related components.
Perform cleaning, servicing, filter replacement, and basic system adjustments.
Check refrigerant levels and identify possible leaks or system issues.
Use appropriate tools and testing equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance work.
Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work within scheduled timelines.
Maintain records of completed maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts.
Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff when major repairs are required.
Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and properly organized.
Assist with installation or maintenance projects as required.
Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.
