The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, monitoring budgets, maintaining internal controls, and supporting management with financial planning and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Coordinate internal and external audits
Review financial records and identify areas for improvement
Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Maintain accurate financial documentation and internal controls
Requirements
Freshers can apply
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
