Job Description

As our global network continues to grow, the career opportunities at Etihad are sky high. We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join as Employer Brand Specialist.
You will add immediate value by position Etihad Airways as employer of choice in key Talent Communities in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidate.
Working within TA and in partnership with Marketing and Communications, you will help develop the Employer Brand, Employee Value Proposition, collateral and content and deliver this across a wide range of media channels.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop content and collateral to support the delivery of our Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) messages
Continuously review Brand position, target candidate expectations and enhance the Brand and EVP to maintain Etihads position.
Work with recruiters on key hiring initiatives and support all Employer Brand requirements and help position Etihad as a great place to work and make it easier to attract, engage and hire the best talent.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring need.
Manage the Etihad careers site and Identify, engage and monitor key recruiting media channels (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Professional Communities, Blogs)
Continuously monitor and benchmark the market and competitor performance to identify opportunities to improve or outcompete
Ensure compliance with all impacting regulations and governance, address any potential deviations immediately.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields is required
Three to five years of contribution in recruiting, brand, marketing with an emphasis on new media channels.
Experience in establishing and managing the company's social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging websites.
Proven ability to write and develop winning content and campaigns, setting up and managing an internet marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company.
Strong project management, strong administration and Microsoft Office sills are essential
Experience managing website content and working with Google analytics.
