Job Description

Job Details -
A well renowned Furniture & Home Decor Company based in UAE is looking for Purchase Assistant.

Requirements -
1-2 years of Purchase Assistant experience in Retail Industry in UAE.
Any Graduate or Degree Holder
Good communication in English.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Photoshop and Barcode for product.

Job Responsibility:
Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Prepare cost analyses.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
