Job Description

We, in partnership with international companies, are the leading unified communication solutions provider in Saudi Arabia and are looking for :

Business Development Manager (Telecom & IT) Riyadh-Saudi Arabia
* The position will take responsibility for developing sustainable new business opportunities whilst maintaining a long term business relationship with strategic clients, providing total solutions to meet the client's business needs.
* The position holder must be pro-active in identifying and leading strategic business development within the Information Communication Technology market. He must expand and lead sales activities and convert new prospects to orders.
* He must possess strong organizational, business, commercial and professional skills and be credible in front of customers. Be capable of managing and leading multi-disciplined teams and be familiar with working with senior management and customer executives.
* He must be able to prepare and deliver highly credible bids and complex solutions to meet the demands of Saudi Arabian private and public sector companies in the ICT market space.
* He must be capable of implementing sales & marketing plans, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to expand the customer base and achieve business objectives.
* He must be innovative and familiar with emerging technologies and new market spaces, so as to be able to introduce new products/services and integrate these with existing products in order to develop and grow the customer base.
* Provide management reporting including, prospect tracking, visit reporting, product introduction, campaign planning, bid evaluation, promotional marketing and sales channel performance.
* The position holder is responsible for meeting or exceeding business targets placed upon him by the management of the company and is comfortable assuming additional responsibilities as may be assigned.

- Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree Preferred)
- Prefer: Engineering or Technology degree with MBA
- Proven track record of business in commercial company
- Business development with sales management in telecom/IT environment
- Over 10 years' experience selling successfully in the Middle East
- Closing of complex large value deals
- Experience in selling to government and private sector
- Ability to understand the stated and un-stated business drivers and articulate complex solutions.
- Must possess related technical expertise in the ICT market
- Results orientated driven by Success
- Team player across all disciplines
- Excellent communication skills
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Mature approach with confident style
