Job Description

Ghulam Faruque Group (GFG) is a progressive and diversified industrial group and has interest in cement,sugar, packaging, distillery, power and trading sectors. We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals for one of our Group Companies situated in Karachi.

Senior Manager, Human Resources
The incumbent shall be responsible to oversee all human resource operations and ensure that they are aligned with business goals. He/she will work closely with the functional Heads to facilitate them on issues including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, designing of policy & procedure, legal compliance, etc.

Candidate must be MBA-HR from reputable institution with minimum 12 years of experience as HR business partner in a manufacturing concern. He/she must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, and should be well versed with labour laws.
