It will be catalyst in promoting development financing by providing credit guarantees for SME and agriculture portfolios. As a part of organizational transformation and to strengthen its human resource base, PCGC is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals for the following positions:

Manager HR & Admin
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Education: Minimum Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business/Public Administration from HEC recognized institution or equivalent foreign qualification.

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Age: 45 years (as of last date of submission of application)
Compensation: Market based compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to the selected candidates
