Director Procurement & Contract Administration
(1 Post) (Max Age = 60) Pay Rs. 179,195/- in case of Contract Employee or pay & allowances as admissible under Punjab Finance Department Notifications issued from time to time in case of Government Employee.
Masters Degree (2nd Division) in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or Project Management, Procurement Management from a HEC recognized University with B.Sc. Civil Engineering at least 2nd division from a HEC recognized University and registration with PEC.
Should have over all experience of 10 years in case of MSc. Engineering or 13 years in case of BSc. Engineering including at least 5 years working experience in procurement/ contract management of Mega projects under World Bank/ADB
Must possess proven skills in tendering, estimation, contract negotiation, claims handling.
Should be computer literate having experience of computer software i.e. Primavera P3, MS Project etc.
Must possess knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
