Job Description

You will be responsible to provide support in the payroll department of the Finance division as a Senior Assistant.

The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
processing of Full and Final Settlement of Ex-employees and payments vouchers including Provident Fund and Gratuity Funds terminal benefits
preparation of Bank Reconciliations on monthly basis and recording of JVs in People Soft
issuance of PF & Staff Loans as per HR policy and recording in Payroll system and People Soft
work closely with bank for online transfer of terminal benefits into their bank account
preparation of Reconciliation with respect to Payroll Accounts and prepare JVs as per adjustments required
assist in Annual Audit

At least Graduate from reputable university with majors in Finance
a minimum of 3 years working experience preferably payroll function will be an added advantage.
should be able to multitask and think out of the box.
proficiency in computers especially MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint tools is required.
ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
