Job Description

Our Client is a leading Terminal operator and marketing company in Oil & Gas sector with their head office in Karachi. The Company requires services of dynamic and motivated individual to fill the following positions. The positions will be initially offered on contract basis.

Head of HR and Training
No. of Positions: 1
Grade: VI/VII
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Masters degree from a reputable local or foreign University/ Institute recognized by HEC. preference shall be given to Masters in HR Management.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 year relevant experience including HR, training, performance, benefits & incentives, preparation of HR manual, development of services contract and positions evaluation based on Hays. Preference shall be given to individuals with Head of HR experience.
