Job Description

Job Overview: Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant teams internally and/or externally.
Location: Karachi
Salary: Up to PKR 33,000
Working Hours: 9
Job Shift: Morning & Evening, between 5 am to 11 pm

Job Description:
Prompt chat and email response to customers
Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
Develop customer service solutions
Maintain service level

Job Specification:
Intermediate or above
Age limit: 18-45
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
