Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Will need to conduct physical stock counts, checking for particular items if available using PDA barcode scanner .
Ensure items are stored in the appropriate and instructed manner.
Control and organize storage and inventory space.
Packaging goods as required and ensure that goods are not damaged.
Monitor loading and unloading to ensure accuracy of inventory and shipments.
Supervise and check orders, picking lists and Invoices
Monitoring store movement and reporting to management.
Check all good received and also returned from Customers.
Define staffing needs and allocate workload accordingly
Maintain records of products of warehouse
Supervise and implement new methods and processes to improve day-to-day warehouse operations
Provide and update management on timely manner with daily reports
Ensuring that no orders are short supplied or excess items are sent
Work with management to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of staff
Supervise and prepare driver schedule as per location and orders for delivery..
Ensuring that items are packed accurately by scanning barcode, price and according to pick list.
Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance
Knowledge of IT related tasks and warehousing fundamentals
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office application.
