Sales Lady / Salesman (Retail Store) - Dubai, UAE

Job Description

We are Looking is a well-established retail store known for offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on delivering a superior shopping experience and are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesmen and Salesladies to join our team and help us continue providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products according to their needs and preferences.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Process sales transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain the store's appearance by organizing merchandise, ensuring shelves are stocked, and products are clean and well-presented.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and participating in stock replenishment.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Support store operations with other tasks as needed, such as opening/closing duties, receiving deliveries, and conducting sales floor activities.

Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality with a passion for helping customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight when necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent.
