We are hiring motivated Assistant Accountant to join our team! The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including analyzing, documenting and reporting on the status of the accounting process.
Key responsibilities:
The Assistant Account will have a wide range of account abilities. These can include:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts.
2. Formation of year end statutory accounts.
3. Maintenance of sales invoices and reports.
4. Reconciliation, including posting and balancing
Forecasting & budgeting, including variance analysis
Year end audit analysis.
Requirements:
1. Associates degree in related field with work experience.
2. More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses may be required.
3. Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
4. Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
