Job Description

FALCON CEMENT COMPANY B.S.C
Falcon Cement Company (FCC) located in Hafirah, Riffa in the Kingdom of Bahrain, requires the following position immediately in its Head Office, preferably Bahrainis.

Sales Manager

Qualification:
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree

Experience:
- 5 years' experience in related field
- Prior experience in the Cement Industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be highly organized, creative and resourceful in execution of sales and business development activities.
- Must possess effective written, presentation and verbal communication skills

Following is brief Job Description but not limited to:
- Meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; Implementing change.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan in support of Company's objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining good business relatioship with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors,
- Coordinates with customers and responds to their queries and complaints.
- Provide timely feedback on market competitors' activities.
- To undertake customer activities and ensure an efficient understanding, cooperation and communication between customers and FCC.
- To follow up regularly with customers for collections, monitoring payment security, monitor collections and scrutiny of receivables, follow up with managers in expediting collection targets.
- To organize customer visits in coordination with finance to resolve pending issues of collections, and work out quick remedies to expedite overdue collections.
