USAID-funded Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Program
USAID and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan established the USAID-funded Merit and Needs Based Scholarship Program (MNBSP) for talented but financially constrained students who could not otherwise afford to earn their degrees. The MNBSP funds full-tuition scholarships and stipends for talented yet economically disadvantaged Pakistani youth to earn a Bachelor's or Master's degree at any of the 30 partner universities across Pakistan. The scholarships cover
student housing, textbooks, food stipend, and tuition.
