Job Description

House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFCL) is a countrys leading housing finance institution, providing affordable solutions to the low and middle income groups of population. HBFC was established in 1952, and was corporatized in 2007 as an unlisted public limited company. The Company operates through its deep rooted and national footprint of 47 branches, 03 regional offices and head office in Karachi. In order to strengthen the Internal Audit function, HBFC is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals for its Internal Audit Department, details are as under:

Assistant Manager - Karachi

Responsibilities:
Assist Team Leader in preparing the annual audit plan.
Ensure effective management of internal audit assignments.
Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessment to identify potential business risks.

Age Limit: 30 years as on the last date of submission of application.
Experience (Post Qualification): preferably 02 years in relevant area.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: MBA (Finance/Accounts), M.Com, ACCA, ACA, ACMA, or equivalent 16 years Bachelors degree from universities/ institutes recognized by HEC.
Competencies:
Possess sound knowledge of rules, regulations, business and internal controls.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, competitive environment and to lead & develop teams.
Applies process analysis, business intelligence, and problem solving techniques.
Compensation: Market based negotiable compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience of candidate.
