FEMALE BARRISTER-LEGAL ASSISTANCE & LIAISON
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated, high-level legal assistance and advisory support directly to the CEO on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
Act as the primary liaison with the main chamber of lawyers representing the company in ongoing litigation, corporate transactions, and dispute resolutions.
Review, vet, and draft critical commercial agreements, deeds, formal representations, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate case files, monitor hearing schedules, and prepare comprehensive legal briefings and case summaries for executive review.
Ensure strict organizational confidentiality and effective alignment between internal management and external legal counsel.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualification
Qualification: Barrister-at-Law (called to the Bar of England & Wales or equivalent) with an LL.B./LL.M. from a reputable institution recognized by the HEC and the Pakistan Bar Council.
Experience: 5-10+ years of active post-qualification experience in corporate law, commercial litigation coordination, or executive legal assistance.
Special Requirement: The position is exclusive for female candidate. Reference to be furnished in advance along with the application.
